Brian Gillispie is an Executive Vice President of First National Bank (FNB). Brian is a member of FNB's Senior Management Team and is a Commercial Lender. As the Dumas Branch Manager from 2004 through 2009, he was very influential in the development and success of FNB's first branch. Brian has served on the Spearman City Council since 1994 and is currently Mayor of Spearman, a position he has held since 2006. After earning a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Tech University in 1992, Brian joined FNB full-time as a loan officer. Brian is a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking and the Texas Tech Bank School.
